Hands-on work is one of the most powerful and underutilized tools available to yoga teachers — not just for supporting students in their bodies, but for building trust, retention, and long-term client relationships. In this introductory training, you’ll experience two foundational hands-on assists drawn from the Rubber Band Method®. These techniques are designed to give you a clear, practical entry point into working with touch in a way that feels effective, intentional, and grounded. While these assists can be used on their own, they are part of a larger system that trains tissue literacy, safe biomechanics of pressure, and consent-centered approaches to touch. In this training, you’ll: * Learn two practical assists you can begin exploring right away * See how touch can enhance the student experience and create stronger connection * Begin to understand how hands-on work can support retention and private client growth Each assist includes a guided tutorial along with short reference clips you can revisit as you practice. This training is designed as an introduction — a way to experience the method in action before stepping into the full system.
