Rubber Band Method® Level 2 expands your assist vocabulary and refines your ability to read tissue response, direct force safely, and support students in deeper, more complex shapes. You’ll learn how to apply pressure with clarity and purpose, stabilize joints, and protect both student and teacher bodies during more advanced movement patterns.
